For orders outside Europe:
In addition to the shipping costs at checkout, the customer will be responsible for paying all duties and taxes to the carrier upon delivery.
For packages that are refused at delivery, customers will still be responsible for all duties, taxes and shipping costs to and from the Netherlands. These costs will be deducted from the customer return.
Tracking order
We will confirm your order by email along with a track & trace code after process. You can follow your order with this track & trace code. If you live outside Europe you may have a risk to be charged import duties or local sales taxes.
